President & Chief Executive Officer
Dan Udoutch is the President and CEO of Code Green Networks. As a 25+ year Sales, Marketing and CEO veteran of Silicon Valley, Dan has a unique set of skills and successes with bringing innovative and market leading solutions to the Enterprise customer. He held significant executive-level roles at notable firms including Commerce One, where he was SVP Americas Sales and drove revenue from $1M to $250M, NavTeq and Netscape Communications. Earlier in his career he worked for IBM and Tandem delivering mission critical solutions to various industries including Financial Services and Healthcare. Most recently Dan was the President and CEO of Appstream, a venture funded company delivering innovative streaming solutions to all ranges of Enterprises. Dan has a Bachelor of Math/Computer Science from San Jose State University. |

Emanoel Daryoush | Email
Vice President of Engineering
Emanoel Daryoush is the Vice President of Engineering at Code Green Networks and is responsible for the company’s engineering and product development efforts. Emanoel was a member of the team that founded Code Green Networks in 2004, and has a leading role in the definition and development of the company’s core technology and products. He has over 20 years of experience in developing scalable end–to–end security, networking and communication solutions for the enterprise and SMB markets. Prior to joining Code Green Networks, Emanoel was the Senior Director of Software Engineering at SonicWALL, a provider of network security, remote access, and firewall solutions. Emanoel also held chief architect and senior engineering positions at Global Village Communication and ASP Computer Products. Emanoel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. |

Vice President Sales and Marketing
John O’Leary is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Code Green Networks. He is responsible for managing the company’s direct sales force and channel sales partnerships, as well as providing strategic insight into market direction. John brings more than 27 years of sales and marketing management expertise to his role at Code Green. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president of sales at Clickatell, a provider of gateway technologies to mobile carriers, and he was previously vice president of sales at Tablus, a pioneer data loss prevention company that was purchased by RSA. His additional experience includes executive sales and marketing management positions with Resilience, Progress Software, Socket Communications, and Magic Software. He began his career with 17 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he rose from sales representative to vice president. John holds a BA from Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. |

Rhett Ohlson | Email
Vice President of Finance and Administration
Rhett Ohlson is the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Code Green Networks. Rhett has more than 16 years of experience in Finance and Administration and has held various senior positions at 2Wire, Inc., Savvion, Inc., Kintana, Inc., Tripath Technology, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He was a key member of Tripath’s IPO and both Kintana’s merger with Mercury Interactive and 2Wire’s merger with the “Homerun Consortium” made up of Alcatel, AT&T and TelMex. Rhett holds a B.S Business Administration - Accounting from San Jose State University and is a CPA. |

Sudhakar Ravi
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Sudhakar Ravi is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Code Green Networks. Sudhakar co-founded the company in 2004 and has been the technical visionary and architect behind the company’s market-leading solutions for protecting customer data and safeguarding intellectual property. Prior to Code Green, Sudhakar was Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer, and Vice President of Engineering at SonicWALL (NASDAQ: SNWL), a leading provider of Internet security solutions from 1991 to 2002. At SonicWALL, Sudhakar led the design and development of comprehensive Internet security solutions used today by companies of all sizes to protect their networks and to provide secure remote access connectivity. Sudhakar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. |
