President & Chief Executive Officer
Dan Udoutch is the President and CEO of Code Green Networks. As a 25+ year Sales, Marketing and CEO veteran of Silicon Valley, Dan has a unique set of skills and successes with bringing innovative and market leading solutions to the Enterprise customer. He held significant executive-level roles at notable firms including Commerce One, where he was SVP Americas Sales and drove revenue from $1M to $250M, NavTeq and Netscape Communications. Earlier in his career he worked for IBM and Tandem delivering mission critical solutions to various industries including Financial Services and Healthcare. Most recently Dan was the President and CEO of Appstream, a venture funded company delivering innovative streaming solutions to all ranges of Enterprises. Dan has a Bachelor of Math/Computer Science from San Jose State University. |

Mark Menke | Email
Chief Technology Officer
Mark Menke is the Chief Technology Officer of Code Green Networks. Mark has held many roles since the inception of Code Green Networks covering development, sales, and business development. Prior to joining Code Green, Mark held a Senior IT position at SonicWALL. Mark joined SonicWALL after its acquisition of Ignyte Technology where he was a key contributor to its success. Mark has over 15 years of experience in various roles from ASIC Design to IT and Security Consulting roles. Mark is a GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Montana State University. |

Haresh Kumbhani | Email
Vice President of Engineering
Haresh Kumbhani is the Vice President of Engineering at Code Green Networks and is responsible for the company’s engineering and product development efforts. Haresh is a networking industry veteran and brings over 20 years of software engineering experience in developing scalable end–to–end security, networking and wireless solutions for enterprise, service provider and consumer markets. Prior to joining Code Green Networks, Haresh was VP of Engineering at Cranite Systems, Inc. Haresh has led large engineering teams at Airgo/Qualcomm (NASDAQ: QCOM), Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO), Novell (NASDAQ: NOVL), Excelan and Ungermann-Bass. Haresh was founder and CEO of iManage, a device-management solution company, which was acquired by Cisco. Haresh holds an M.S. in Computer Science from NYU-Poly and a M.B.A. from Santa Clara University. |

Vice President Sales
John O’Leary is the Vice President of Sales at Code Green Networks. He is responsible for managing the company’s direct sales force and channel sales partnerships. John brings more than 27 years of sales and sales management expertise to his role at Code Green. Prior to joining the company, he was vice president of sales at Clickatell, a provider of gateway technologies to mobile carriers, and he was previously vice president of sales at Tablus, a pioneer data loss prevention company that was purchased by RSA. His additional experience includes executive sales management positions with Resilience, Progress Software, Socket Communications, and Magic Software. He began his career with 17 years at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he rose from sales representative to vice president. John holds a BA from Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of New Hampshire. |

Vice President of Marketing
Joe Peck is the Vice President of Marketing at Code Green Networks. Drawing on more than 25 years of product management and solutions delivery experience, Joe provides strategic insight into market direction and emerging growth opportunities. Prior to joining Code Green, Joe was the Director of Product Management at Vernier Networks, a leading provider of Network Access Control products designed to ensure network security and compliance. He has held senior product management positions at WatchGuard Technologies, XO Communications, Concentric Networks, and DIGEX. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine and an MBA from the University of Washington. |

Rhett Ohlson | Email
Director of Finance and Administration
Rhett Ohlson is the Director of Finance and Administration at Code Green Networks. Rhett has more than 16 years of experience in Finance and Administration and has held various senior positions at 2Wire, Inc., Savvion, Inc., Kintana, Inc., Tripath Technology, Inc. and PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He was a key member of Tripath’s IPO and both Kintana’s merger with Mercury Interactive and 2Wire’s merger with the “Homerun Consortium” made up of Alcatel, AT&T and TelMex. Rhett holds a B.S Business Administration - Accounting from San Jose State University and is a CPA. |
