Sreekanth Ravi
Founder & Chairman
Sreekanth Ravi is the Founder and Chairman of Code Green Networks. Sreekanth co-founded the company in 2004 and has been the driving force behind the company’s market-leading solutions for protecting customer data and safeguarding intellectual property. Prior to Code Green, Sreekanth was Co-Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SonicWALL (NASDAQ: SNWL), a leading provider of Internet security solutions from 1991 to 2002. Sreekanth led the company through a successful Initial Public Offering in 1999 and a secondary public offering in 2000, growing the company profitably to 500+ staff and an installed base of over 500,000 security appliances through a worldwide channel of 10,000+ VARs. Sreekanth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Sudhakar Ravi
Founder & Chief Technology Officer
Sudhakar Ravi is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Code Green Networks. Sudhakar co-founded the company in 2004 and has been the technical visionary and architect behind the company’s market-leading solutions for protecting customer data and safeguarding intellectual property. Prior to Code Green, Sudhakar was Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Engineering at SonicWALL (NASDAQ: SNWL), a leading provider of Internet security solutions from 1991 to 2002. At SonicWALL, Sudhakar led the design and development of comprehensive Internet security solutions used today by companies of all sizes to protect their networks and to provide secure remote access connectivity. Sudhakar holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
Tim Guleri
Managing Director, Sierra Ventures
Tim Guleri is Managing Director at Sierra Ventures. Prior to joining Sierra Ventures, Tim was the Vice Chairman and Executive Vice President with Epiphany; the chairman, CEO and co-founder of Octane Software; Vice President of Field Operations, Product Marketing with Scopus Technology; and was part of the information technology team with LSI Logic. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, India, and a Master’s degree in Engineering and Operational Research from Virginia Tech.



Sandesh Patnam
Partner, Bay Partners
Sandesh is a Partner at Bay. Prior to Bay, Sandesh was with TeleSoft Partners, where he co-led investments in Aarohi Communications (acquired by Emulex), Amberwave Systems, Redclover Networks, Sierra Design Automation (acquired by Mentor Graphics), Validity Sensors, Xambala and Xpedion Design Systems (acquired by Agilent Technologies). He was also associated with Ikanos Communications (Nasdaq: IKAN), Lara Networks (acquired by Cypress Semiconductor), Catamaran (acquired by Infineon) and Empowertel (acquired by IP Unity). Before TeleSoft, Sandesh was at Malleable Technologies (acquired by PMC-Sierra), an early stage startup developing a VoIP chipset. Sandesh holds a Bachelor of Science degree from University of Rochester and a M.B.A. from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.


Daniel Udoutch
President & CEO
Dan Udoutch is the President and CEO of Code Green Networks. As a 25+ year Sales, Marketing and CEO veteran of Silicon Valley, Dan has a unique set of skills and successes with bringing innovative and market leading solutions to the Enterprise customer. He held significant executive-level roles at notable firms including Commerce One, where he was SVP Americas Sales and drove revenue from $1M to $250M, NavTeq and Netscape Communications. Earlier in his career he worked for IBM and Tandem delivering mission critical solutions to various industries including Financial Services and Healthcare. Most recently Dan was the President and CEO of Appstream, a venture funded company delivering innovative streaming solutions to all ranges of Enterprises. Dan has a Bachelor of Math/Computer Science from San Jose State University.
